We just need your basic information for the Federal Marketplace (ACA) enrollment
Your first and last name with correct spelling.
Street address including any apartment, unit or lot number and your city, state and zip code.
We need the month, day and year of your birth and your Social Security number
Either your cell or home phone number and a valid email address that you check regularly.
The ACA Marketplace will reach out to you for income verification

*If your 2024 income OR anticipated TAXABLE income is between the Federal Poverty Level Guidlines of $14,580 up to $21,870, then yes you will. The Marketplace may reach out to you to verify income and citizenship.
If your main souce of earnings is in cash, you still qualify as long as the amount you claim in taxable income is less than $21K and within the FPL guidelines. The same goes for Self Employed people.
You may have to wait until Open Enrollment which starts November 1st OR if you have a qualifying event such as Marriage, Changing Addresses or Loosing Employer Coverage.
If you have one or more dependents we will enroll you in a plan and then you can also email me to add a spouse or dependents. You may also contact the Marketplace to add dependents.
ACA plans accept anyone without waiting periods or pre-qualifications. All pre-existing conditions are covered from your plan's effective date.
Your Insurance Coverage always starts at the beginning of the next month. If we enroll you May 15th, your plan starts June 1st.
Yes. This website is secure as well as the Marketplace Enrollment Hub where we process your application.
